Publication ‘With the next change everything gets better’

Vineyard Management Consulting GmbH has publicated the book “With the next change everything gets better”:

The authors outline interesting views on the wide field of change management. Very often real changes in the sense of changes of the process patterns do require strong incisions including enormous work of re-design and adoptions. The challenges are always comparable and considered as external-driven by the most involved persons.

The upcoming decades will be branded by dynamics. However, e real and substantial culture of change management and behaviour is not established yet within the politician or economical scenery. To free-up this potentials the authors want to give a purposeful impuls.
