Vineyard Management Consulting GmbH has recently published the book “Project management – Experience, Methods and Trends”:

Large-scale projects like Stuttgart21 or the new Berlin-Brandenburg airport are permanent guests in the news and talk shows with negative headlines. This is the fact although project management has been intensively discussed in the project management community for more than decades and respective standards have been established. Why do we need this book about project management in addition? In a few words: From a scientific point of view project management as a young discipline is  at its beginning to develop interdisciplinary solutions that can be applied in today’s dynamic and complex projects. This book focusses on experience, methods and trends in project management. The contributions have been selected to create benefit in the stress field of established project management standards and the insufficient success quote of current projects.
