The two-day workshop with our associate Dr. Lars Niemann at the Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg on 17 and 18 November 2014 took place in the framework of the program “Mentoring & Coaching program for Saxony-Anhalt North MeCoSa“.

In the intensive promotion program for postdocs 13 young scientists had the opportunity to deeply dive into the topics of Third Party Funding and Project Management, derive individual paths of a scientific career – both from theory to practical exercises to highlight the complex interactions of project management and the third party funding.

The program covers students, graduates and young scientists of the Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg, the University Magdeburg-Stendal and the University Harz to supports and encourages these young scientists on their career paths.
