Vineyard Management Consulting GmbH is a young dynamic consultancy that supports european organizations within the sector of finance, telecommunications, and IT in change management. The permanent growth of our consultancy proves the business confidence our customers have.

For professional reinforcement of our consultancy network we are looking for Associates who are interested to work closely together with us. We offer interesting and diversified projects in challenging work environments. Of course you will keep your professional autonomy, however you profit by a close teamwork with experienced and successful colleagues and excellent individual and professional development possibilities of our consulting network.

What do we expect from you:

• Institutionalisierte Tätigkeit als freiberuflicher Unternehmensberater (GmbH etc.)
• Professional consulting experience, ideally in IT, complexity, transition, change, people and/or project management
• Belastbare und attraktive Kundenkontakte
• Strong capacity for teamwork and flexibility 
• Convincing occurence and distinctive appreciation for networking
• Very good knowledge of business English and German language (fluent in spoken and written), ideally would be another additonal language
