Carsten is founder, owner and consultant at Vineyard Management Consulting GmbH and supports projects in medium- and large-sized businesses and holdings within the sector of finance, telecommunications, industry and IT.

Being a graduate in economics from the university of Hohenheim Carsten has worked in large-scaled projects for more than 16 years. His focus is on transition, controlling, and management of complexity, business processes, multi-project, and change.

His core competency is the management of large-scale (multi-)projects for implementation and change in a global environment. He holds certificates in ITIL, CMMI, SCRUM Master and Six Sigma and is also certified as Project Management Professional PMP® Project Management Institute (PMI). He has published articles on change management, balance scorecards, software licence management, process cost accounting, Basel II, and project management.

Alexander Haasper

Being a graduate in computer science with a major in economics from the university of Paderborn Alexander has worked in large-scaled projects for more than 16 years. His focus is on transition, controlling, and management of complexity, business processes, multi-project, and change.

His core competency is the management of large-scale (multi-)projects for implementation and change in a global environment. He holds certificates in ITIL, CMMI and GPM-IPMA. He has performed as a guest speaker and published articles regarding change management, business continuity, and management of IT, managament of complexity, and project management.
